Day 1 of the Low Carb diet. I know it works because I’ve been on it before but I guess I’m scared of failure, so I put it pff for so long. A year ago I was 11stone and I was so unhappy, I lost 15lbs on this diet and then I gained it again, it was wholly my fault for not putting the work in, and since then I’ve gained a lot more weight, when I got to 12stone I was even more depressed, I’ve been in a rut, I just weighed myself and I weight a whopping 13stone 5lbs which is a lot for me, I’m only 5’4” and I assume a whole 30lbs of my weight is from sadness. Here’s to getting rid of it, FOR GOOD!!!
My best talent is going to the park unshaved, unshowered, with torn pants, a tie-dye Dave Matthews 1998 Tour shirt… and judging other parents.
